missingWrote a review on Nov 11sea viewvariety breakfasttemperature control
The suite we stayed in had an impressive sea view, perfect for enjoying the sunset while sipping on a drink. Breakfast offered a nice variety, even if it costs a bit more than average for the area.
We had a room on an upper floor that had a layout affecting temperature control significantly, with A/C that struggled to keep things cool at night. The pool size was exaggerated in the photos. it’s actually quite small, making it less suitable for serious swimming—not to mention you have to pay extra just for pool towels. Returning from Fira on public transport could be a hassle since the last bus is quite early, so keep that in mind if you're planning late-night activities.

ideal base for exploring akrotiri and nearby beaches
staying here was fantastic because it's just a short walk to both Red Beach and the prehistoric town of Akrotiri, which made my city strolls and explorations so enjoyable.

i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't! the breakfast was overpriced for what you get, and i needed better a/c, especially with that awful pool size. imagine expecting the royal treatment but receiving nothing! surely i woudl ve been offered a complimentary upgrade, being a distinguished guest! disappointing, really.

Rodakas Hotel in Akrotiri offered a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. I appreciated the variety at breakfast daily, especially the fresh pastries and eggs. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and the bar had unique drinks that added to the experience. The hotel's proximity to Akrotiri's archaeological site was a big plus. Staff members, especially George, were incredibly attentive and provided excellent recommendations for local dining. On the downside, the air conditioning unit in the room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times. Additionally, I had booked a two-bedroom apartment expecting more privacy, but it turned out to be two connecting rooms with a single exit to the pool, which was a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was diverse and delicious, especially the freshly prepared eggs and pastries. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, though the water was still a bit too cold for us. I would definitely return!

beautiful view, swimming pool, quiet atmosphere
Room temperature control could use improvement!!! Limited fridge without cooking facilities feels insufficient!!! Lack of storage for clothes made our stay less organized!!! Last bus from Fira early makes late-night outings tricky!!!

The pool area was a highlight, set up with comfortable loungers and a decent bar. I enjoyed the varied breakfast options, especially the fresh pastries that were available daily. The stunning sea view from my room added a lovely touch to my mornings.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel had a nice pool area, and staff was super friendly. We enjoyed some local hiking adventures and visited the nearby beach. Breakfast was delicious, with different options each day. The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to buses for day trips across the island.
Had some noise issues with thin walls. we could hear our neighbors at times. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did interrupt our sleep occasionally.
